Does this sound like your sewing day?

Sewing is good for the soul, but it asks a lot of the body.

  • A “quick seam” turns into two hours, and your neck lets you know.
  • Your shoulders creep up toward your ears while you guide fabric.
  • Rotary cutting, pinning and hand-stitching leave your wrists stiff.
  • Your lower back aches after a long quilting session.
  • Your eyes are tired from peering at tiny stitches all day.
  • Gyms, yoga mats and getting down on the floor just aren't for you.

You don't need a class. You need a few minutes and your chair.

  • Rest tired eyes after close, detailed work
  • Get up from a long session feeling less stiff
  • Build a calm, simple habit that fits your sewing

Every stretch is done in a chair.

Never done yoga? That's fine.

Move with your breath, never rushed.

Your questions, answered

Is this a physical book?

It's a digital book (PDF) you download right away. Read it on your phone, tablet or computer, or print it at home. A print-ready edition is included too.

How do the videos work?

Each exercise page has a video box. In the digital book, tap it to play. On a printed page, point your phone camera at the QR code. Nothing to install, no login.

I've never done yoga. Is this too hard?

Not at all. Every movement is gentle and done sitting in a chair, with an easier option on every page. Move slowly and stay in a comfortable range.

What do I need?

A sturdy chair without wheels (or with the wheels locked) and a few minutes. No mat, no equipment, no special clothes.

How much time does it take?

Most exercises take 1–2 minutes and most routines about 5. Even one minute every hour helps over a long sewing day.

What are the add-ons?

Optional extras you can add in the buy box: printable Stretch Charts for your wall, 13 Follow-Along Routine videos, and Lifetime Updates. The book works perfectly on its own.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and keep it.

Is it safe if I have a health condition?

The exercises are for general wellness and aren't medical advice. If you're recovering from an injury or surgery, or have a condition such as osteoporosis, glaucoma or high blood pressure, please check with your doctor first. Each page includes cautions.

Sew longer. Feel better.
